I Feel Fine

Before moving from Russia to the States in late 1990, I spent 8 years writing songs in Russian - many of which I still perform today. These songs were characterized by their high intensity.

When I arrived in America, I encountered an intriguing artistic challenge: would it be possible to recreate in English the voltage and dynamics that were inherent in my Russian lyrics?

I believe that with this song, written in New York in 1994, I came as close as I could to achieving that goal.
